1.1 Eligibility & Account Registration
Participation in the SBN Affiliate Program is completely free. Users must be at least 18 years of age or represent a legitimate organization, providing accurate contact credentials.
1.2 Tiered Commission Structure (5% - 20%)
Commission payouts are determined strictly by partner tier milestones:
- Level 1 (5%): Default tier for all newly registered partners.
- Level 2 (10%): Unlocked automatically after 10 confirmed, paid client referrals.
- Level 3 (20%): VIP tier unlocked automatically after 30 confirmed, paid client referrals.
1.3 Referral Verification & Payout Terms
Commissions are formally approved and credited to your available balance only after the referred customer completes their service/course and issues full payment. Form submissions alone do not guarantee instant commission to prevent spam or fraudulent entries.
1.4 Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Spam Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in unsolicited spam, deceptive claims, impersonation of SBN staff, or fraudulent self-referral schemes. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
2. Classes, Training & Repair Services Terms
Policies governing tech workshops, IoT hardware rentals, and repair diagnostics.
2.1 Custom Software & Mobile App Development
For Web-based Apps and Android App Development projects, project scope, database/API integration specifications, and deployment milestones are formally aligned before engineering commences.
2.2 Home Server Configuration & Dynamic DNS (DDNS)
Home Server setup (OwnCloud/Nextcloud private cloud, game server hosting, and media NAS) utilizes free Dynamic DNS domains for remote access. Clients receive best-practice guidance on local network security and credential hardening.
2.3 Kids STEM Safety Guarantee & Adult Project Tooling Scope
For junior and kids STEM workshops, child safety is paramount: all projects strictly operate on safe extra-low DC voltages (3.3V - 5V via USB/batteries), solderless breadboards, and clip connectors, completely free from hot soldering irons or hazardous tools. For adult participants and advanced tracks, soldering and professional engineering tools are utilized based on the specific project chosen.
2.4 Complete IoT Projects & Custom Project Pricing Policy
Complete IoT packs such as the "Smart Factory Education Pack" start from RM 650+ due to the high costs of industrial microcontrollers, sensors, and automation components. For custom IoT engineering projects, final quotations are calculated based on: (a) Total equipment and hardware component costs; and (b) Technical difficulty and development complexity of the project.
2.5 Device Diagnostic & Repair Pricing
Base pricing starting from RM 25 depends on the hardware/software diagnostic complexity. Exact repair quotations are communicated and agreed upon before major component replacements.
3. Customer Data Encryption at Rest (AES-256-GCM)

- Breach Neutralization: In the event of an unauthorized database dump or breach, attackers only observe unreadable random ciphertext. Decryption is mathematically impossible without the private cryptographic key stored isolated on the server filesystem.
- Cryptographic Integrity Verification: Each record carries a 128-bit authentication tag to ensure zero data tampering or modification.
